GarTamers welcomes you to the World of Bowfishing, an adventure in itself for the young and old, fishing for a variety of rough fish such as Gar, Carp, Buffalo, Tilapia, and all other freshwater and saltwater species deemed legal by the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department.
Ron and Eric Collier, a Father & Son team, bring you a combination of 70 years of bowfishing experience and knowledge to ensure that you will have the best opportunity for successful results.
We fish both day and night, depending on the species of fish we are after. Average time on the water is 6 hours for most of our trips, but subject to change with weather conditions and activity of fish.
We do not allow alcholic beverages to be consumed prior to or while aboard during our trips.
All species of fish meeting the minimum requirements and weight will be entered into the Texas Bowhunting & Bowfishing Records.
Trip Rates
Trophy Gar - $300 - 1 or 2 persons
Local Area - $150 per person - $ 100 per person for 2 or more
Non-Fishing Guest - $50
